Farfetch | Blogger Breakfast

As many of you may know or should know, I am a fashion graduate. I used to own a fashion label that I stopped in 2011, and I started to fall out of love with fashion. I would still go shopping, but wasn't really excited by what I saw. I am slowly getting back into my passion for fashion and starting to discover new brands and designers.

I was invited by Farfetch to attend an exclusive bloggers breakfast at French Bistro NAC London. I am a huge foodie and always eating out in new restaurants, so I was excited to see what NAC had to offer.

Farfetch is a global community of over 400 visionary fashion boutiques offering an inspirational shopping experience to fashion-forward consumers. The independent boutiques within our community have been carefully selected for their forward-thinking attitude, unique approach to merchandising and diversity of brands.- Farfetch.com

I arrived at NAC to a cute and quaint restaurant and a beautiful table set up for us, but what really made me go awwwww, was the hand written note from Lauuren. I am a person who appreciates the small things that people do to show they care and that hit a sweet spot.  Que... Usher.. its the simple things in life we forget..

Once the other guests arrived, we ordered drinks and food, did some networking and chit-chatting about the blogging industry and our pet-hates about London Fashion Week. It was a very good conversation!! You should have been a fly on the wall.

Farfetch are located everywhere from Paris, New York and Milan to Bucharest, Riyadh and Seattle, but united in one e-commerce website. When you order through Farfetch, your order is delivered directly from the boutique to your door.Founded in 2008, with offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, São Paulo and Porto, Farfetch showcases over 1000 labels and is dedicated to supporting independent fashion and to the cultural diversity that comes from uniting the perspectives of hundreds of different buyers, each with their own unique style and vision. - Farfetch.com

When bloggers do what bloggers do

I always find it interesting to hear other bloggers experiences about blogging, especially men!! Even though the mens blogging community is small, it is growing very fast with some influential and fashionable people.

I ordered the Mediterranean breakfast (fried eggs, tzatziki, avocado, Israeli salad, baby peppers, haloumi & pita)  It was a bit random, but was nice and I had a very sexy spiked lemonade.

I am looking forward to working with Farfetch and getting my fashion feet wet again!! We discussed the future plans for Farfetch and how we as bloggers can create collaborations with the brand in the near future.

Definitely give Farfetch a browse, you may see something you like, I know I have. I created a wishlist of wonderful things I would like to purchase in the near future. All contributions are welcome..hehe

winter is on the way!!
Oh and an added bonus was meeting one meeting one of my supporters, Renee from Chaud Magazine, it was such a sweet and funny moment when she recognised me half-way through the breakfast.hehe
