I discovered a new website www.shein.com via a blogger on twitter and found some great pieces at discounted prices.

PALMER'S Coconut Oil Formula

Winter is approaching and this is the season of dry skin and chapped lips!!
The cold air is so draining to our skin, taking away all of the moisture and leaving us looking ashy and pale!!

Sounds terrible right!!

Well, I have been playing around with four products from the Palmer's Coconut Oil Formula range to see if they can keep my skin moistured, hydrated, supple, glowy and ash free!!

Check your breasts!!

This is a bra
And inside this bra are breasts (for all those 😲 people)

When is the last time you checked your breasts for lumps, bumps or anything different that usual?

3months ago? 2years ago? Never?

Last night I was on the Dotun Adebayo show on BBC Radio London.

This is my second time of radio, but my first time in a radio studio.
It is very interesting how everything works. It isn't as simple as sitting in front of a microphone and talking!!

One of those days

As confident as I am with myself, I have my days when I feel ugly. When I feel not good enough.
Yes, I promote body positivity, but its hard to constantly be in that mindset.

Don't touch my hair!!!

If you see a headline on the news that reads
'Black girl in prison for fly-kicking man for touching her hair'

It's me!!

Body acceptance means, as much as possible, approving of and loving your body, despite its “imperfections”, real or perceived. That means accepting that your body is fatter than some others, or thinner than some others, that your eyes are a little crooked, that you have a disability that makes walking difficult, that you have health concerns that you have to deal with — but that all of that doesn’t mean that you need to be ashamed of your body or try to change it. Body acceptance allows for the fact that there is a diversity of bodies in the world, and that there’s no wrong way to have one.

Sometimes you need a reminder that negative comments about your body aren’t even really about your body, they’re about society and our society’s wrongheaded and impossibly narrow definition of a “good” body. Your body didn’t do anything wrong. What’s fucked up about your body is not your body at all, but that your body has to live in a society that thinks it has a right to say fucked up things about your body.
