I was invited to attend the BelEve UK afternoon tea party today. BelEve UK is an organisation created by Marsha Powell for young women created to empower, uplift and create oppourtunities that will help advance their future and life journeys.

It was so inspiring to speak with these young ladies about their future dreams and goals. There is so much pressure on today's youth especially young black girls to try and fit in spaces that don't welcome them.

I get so inspired by young people and also feel so blessed to share advice and guidance to them. Our youth are our future leaders and we need to guide and nuture them to success.
